Searing beauty. Just so, so beautiful. God Present. God's love piercing everything, the darkness merely the setting for the intensity of it. Our vocation as an iconographer is to create beauty, beautiful things, icons that reflect back the beauty of God's loving Presence, the love that permeates, inebriates, transfigured the universe, all physical matter from the very small tiny atom to the heavens themselves!
